Responsibilities:
As an Appliance Repair Specialist, you will be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various home appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens. Your role involves working closely with customers to ensure their appliances are functioning optimally, providing exceptional service on every visit.
In addition, you will identify opportunities to generate revenue by offering product recommendations and closing sales that can be completed during the service visit.
You will also be responsible for keeping your service van clean and organized while efficiently managing your tools and parts inventory.
Requirements:At least 3 years’ experience as an Appliance Repair Specialist with knowledge of all types of home appliances. (HVAC technicians also do well in our field)Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company’s motor vehicle policy.Willingness to expand your technical and repair knowledgeWillingness to obtain new licenses and commitment to professional growth.Physical and drug testing required
